Although the Arizona Inn was originally two miles outside of town, it is now in a central city location surrounded by a quiet residential area, less than one mile from the University of Arizona and walking distance to the University Medical Center and Arizona Cancer Center.

It is perceived by its guests as an oasis of calm and relaxation in the middle of a busy desert city, still offering the same "quiet, privacy and sunshine" that it advertised in 1930.
