This beautiful two-story guest house with approximately 6,000 square feet of living space was originally the home of the Inn’s founder and is located in a private and secluded area of the property. The house was built in 1928-29 in a Spanish Colonial style with a dramatic two-story colonnade overlooking a walled interior garden, heated swimming pool and a grassed terrace bordered by large mature landscaping. Although the exterior of the house retains its original character, the interior has been renovated and recently updated. The Greenway House is furnished with an eclectic mix of antique furnishings ranging from European antiques of the 17th and 18th Century to American antiques of the 19th Century, along with comfortable contemporary seating. The house features five bedrooms, two of which are suites, with private baths and whirlpool tubs. Greenway House Floor Plan |
