Introducing Audubon: Arizona Inn's Reimagined Bar & Grill

Rooted in the relaxed hospitality guests have enjoyed at the Inn for generations, the new Audubon Bar brings a fresh perspective to dining with approachable American favorites, seasonal ingredients and subtle touches of Sonoran flavor. 

The space has been thoughtfully reimagined - at the heart of the redesign are the original 1933 murals painted by Leionne Salter, the Tucson artist and designer who worked alongside Isabella Greenway in shaping the Inn's original interiors. Their patterns and colors now live on in the fabrics, finishes, and details throughout the space. The new Audubon Bar draws its character from the colors, patterns and natural motifs revealed within Salter's artwork. Brass detailing and subtle bird references carry those incluences throughout the room, while the historical photographs provide a visual record and inspiration from the past.

The new experience takes the spirit of a bar that opened its doors right after Prohibition and gives it new life: polished, a little more elevated, and full of the same energy that made it the place to be in 1933, now build for the guests of 2026. Designed for everything from a leisurely meal on the patio to cocktails at the bar, Audubon offers a warm, welcoming new way to gather at the Inn.
